Health Benefits : Eggs
The yolk on egg contains fat and cholesterol, although eggs are a highly nutritious food.
Experts suggests to take only 2 to 3 whole eggs in a week.
Unless you are in added dietary cholesterol.


Egg whites are virtually fat and cholesterol free.
And can be used in wonderful cooking especially baking.
Scrambled eggs and omelets can be prepared with several of the yolks removed first before cooking.
The color may be paler but the taste will be just as good.
Cook eggs in non-stick pans and using cooking spray to lessen oil use.
