Breast Cancer Check
This is a simple trick to check your breast regularly by only using your hands.
* Check anything unusual with your doctor. * Look for changes. * Is there anything different on shape and texture? Then have it checked. * Touch your breast, feel if anything is unusual. * Remember, the earlier cancer is found the better chance to cure it.
