Molasses Pudding

1/2 cup raisins
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 1/4 cups tiny cubes of whole wheat bread
1/8 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup molasses
1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp honey or sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon





Preheat the oven to 350º.
Place the bread cubes in a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Sprinkle with the raisins.
Combine the eggs, salt, milk and molasses and pour over the bread.
Dot with the butter.
Drizzle the honey or sprinkle the sugar all over.
Sprinkle with the cinnamon.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
