In hell arrived Bush, Queen Elizabeth and the Mexican President Philip Calderon.
The Queen asked the devil if he called make a phone call to her kingdom and the devil agreed.

The call took 3 minutes and upon hanging up, the devil charged her 100 pounds.
Bush, also asked if he could speak to his country.
The devil once again agreed.
The call took 10 minutes and he was charged 100 dollars.
And then Philip asked if he could make a phone call to his family, once again the devil agreed.
The call went until about an hour.
Upon hanging up, he was charged 1.48 pesos.
Philip was outraged and asked the devil why the charge for him was too low.
To which the devil replied,
' Well, with the new rate on TAXES, the MILITARY on the streets, the rise of the COST OF LIVING, FOOD, FUEL. You have Mexico like a real hell.
And from hell to hell is considered a local charge of telephone bill.
