Cheese Pudding Recipe

2 cups pumpkin pulp
2 cups fresh cottage cheese
4 eggs
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg, optional



Place all ingredients except nutmeg in an electric blender and blend until smooth.
Pour in buttered cups.
Place cups in a pan of hot water and bake until pudding is firm.
Cool and chill
