History-
Aguila Alejandro Montoya is a mutant, he was born in Montoya, Spain, but currently lives in the USA. He took on the crime fighting identity of Aguila after arriving in America and became something of a Robin Hood figure preying on drug dealers and criminals that took advantage of the poor and needy. Aguila operates outside the law and is himself wanted by the authorities. Aguila's operations have on many occasion brought him up against Power Man And Iron Fist.

Strong Bow

History-
Navaho Tribal leader Jason Strongbow, tried to stop a mining company from mining a Navaho sacred mountain. When a mine guard accidentally shot a peaceful protester Jason chased him into the mine where he found his brother Ward, who was collaborating with the mining company. A fight ensued, during which the mastermind of the mining operation, Klaw the master of sound blasted the brothers with sonic energy. The combination of the sonic energy and a rare isotope of uranium present in the mine imbued both brothers with heightened strength and senses. Jason emerged a hero and his brother fled with Klaw to the Savage Land. Taking on the Identity American Eagle he hunted the criminals down and with the help of Kazar, the Thing and Wyatt Wingfoot defeated them. Jason returned to his tribe as their champion.

ArcAngel

Name: Warren Worthington III

Powers: Mutant. Has wings and can fly.

History-
The Angel's mutant powers became apparent in his teens, and within six months his feathered wings were full grown. At first Warren was embarrassed of his wings and kept them hidden beneath his clothes, but when he realised that he could fly he became a crime fighter and took the name The Angel. He was soon recruited by Professor Xavier for his mutant team The X- Men. After the death of his Parents Angel left the X- Men and used his considerable inheritance to set up a new super group, The Champions in Los Angeles. After the Champions broke up, Warren turned his mind to his business, and returned briefly to the X- Men before joining his friend The Beast in The Defenders.
When the Defenders disbanded Warren got together with the government and created the new group X- Factor to track down rogue mutants from the Mutant registration program. Secretly X- Factor were helping the mutants they were tracking. 
During a period of Mutant disorder known as the The Mutant Massacre, Angels wings were severely injured and had to be amp*t*ted. He fell into a deep depression, and was thought to have died when a plane he was piloting crashed. Secretly he had been abducted by the Mutant Apocalypse who brainwashed him and replaced his wings with deadly sharp metal ones and set him against the world as Death, leader of his Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Apocalypse was eventually defeated and Angel returned to X- Factor, a very different Angel.

Shadow Cat

Name: Kitty Pride

Powers: Mutant. Kitty has the power to make her body and nearby objects insubstantial so that she can 'Phase' through solid objects.

History-
Kitty was a normal teenage girl until she started suffering from headaches. This was the beginning of her mutant powers being manifested and Kitty joined the X- Men as their youngest member to help learn to develop her powers. She became a worthy and respected member of the team and forming a special friendship with Storm, who she saw as a mother figure and colossus's little sister Illyana her best friend. For a while Kitty and Colossus where in love until he returned from the secret wars where he had met and fallen in love with another. Kitty was badly injured in an attack by the Marauders and could no longer control her phasing power. She became a wraith and was fading away to nothing but was saved by the combined intellect of Reed Richards and Dr. Doom. Whilst she was recovering the X- Men supposedly died in Dallas and kitty with fellow X- Man Nightcrawler was a founder of the British team Excalibur. When Excalibur disbanded Kitty and Nightcrawler returned to the X- Men

Aurora


Name: Jeanne- Marie Beaubier 

Nationality: French Canadian

Powers: Mutant. Through channeling the kinetic energy in the atoms of her body Aurora can Propel herself or an individual part of her body at hypersonic speed. She is also able to emit an intense bright light

History-
Jeanne- Marie and her brother Jean- Paul (Northstar) where orphaned and separated whilst still babies. She was raised at Madame DuPont's School for Girls, a strict religious school in Quebec. Jeanne- Marie was a very introverted girl and was very depressed at the school.
At the age of thirteen, she attempted suicide by jumping from a roof It was at that time of great stress that her mutant powers exhibited themselves for the first time and she found that she could fly at great speed. Unaware of the the fact that she was a mutant Jeanne- Marie thought that it was a miracle but was severely punished for blasphemy by one of the Sisters. This beating led to her developing schizophrenia, and a second, daring and extrovert character that she kept hidden for five years. On finishing school she applied to be a teacher there, but that same day her second personality took over and she wound up in Montreal. She was spotted by Wolverine and was recruited for the Canadian governments super team Alpha Flight. Once with Alpha Flight she took the code name Aurora and was reunited once more with her brother.

Banshee

Name: Sean Cassidy

Powers: Mutant. Banshee can fly and also can emit a deafening hypersonic screech that can shatter concrete.

History-
Born as the heir to the Irish estate Cassidy Keep, Sean studied science at Trinity College and later joined Interpol. Banshee kept his mutant powers secret, and married Maeve York. Whilst He was on a long term mission for Interpol Maeve gave birth to a daughter, Theresa, without Sean's knowledge. Maeve was killed in a terrorist explosion before Banshee's return . It was assumed that Theresa too had been killed in the explosion but she had been spirited away by Black Tom Cassidy Sean's villainous mutant cousin. He left Interpol and became a freelance agent operating on both sides of the law. Banshee was entrapped by the the mutant known as the Changeling, and forced to work for a group of criminal mutants known as Factor Three.
He was captured by the original X- Men in New York, and the explosive head band that was Factor Three's control over him was removed. After a while Banshee was invited to join the X- Men and it was during this period that he first met and fell in love with Moira MacTaggart who ran a mutant research centre on Muir Island in Scotland. During a battle in Japan against Moses Magnum, a super villain with the power to cause earthquakes, Banshee used his own powers to counteract Magnum's forces and in the process damaged his vocal chords. Banshee returned with Moira to Muir Island to recuperate and after a long period his powers finally returned to him. He was also at this time, reunited with his daughter Teresa who had grown into a young woman with powers similar to his own.

The Beast

Name: Henry (Hank) McCoy

Powers: Mutant. Heightened strength, speed, agility, and endurance

History-
Prior to his birth, Hank's father was involved in a nuclear accident and was exposed to a massive dose of radiation. It is this that is thought to have led to the Beast's mutation that was evident from birth. Hank grew into a highly muscled, agile young man, he won awards at school for his sporting prowess. Despite his gorilla like appearance, Hank was highly intelligent and was later to become a renowned scientist. He was recruited as a founder member of the X- Men and took the code name The Beast. He was later employed as a genetic researcher at the Bran Corporation and it was her that he developed a serum designed to give him a more human appearance. The serum actually did quite the opposite, it caused him to grow blue fur and increased his already beast like appearance. Hank learned to live with his new appearance and did not loose his expansive use of vocabulary or his sense of humour. He left the X- Men and and made his name as an Avenger and a Defender before rejoining the original members of the X- Men to form X- Factor. Shortly after this, he was kidnapped by Dr Carl Maddicks who turned him back to his original form.

Ms. Marvel / Binary / Warbird

Name: Carol Danvers
 
Nationality: American

Powers: Ms Marvel had super strength, invulnerability, the ability to fly and a seventh sense until her powers where stolen by the mutant Rogue
  Binary taps into the energy of a white hole and manipulates the cosmic energy released. This gives her incredible power, she can travel faster than light and is not bounded to the earth or indeed our universe.

History-
Carol Danvers was an espionage agent, she worked alongside Wolverine during his days with the Canadian government. Whilst on a mission she ran into the Kree superhero Captain Marvel and after been blasted by an alien weapon her DNA was transformed and she became the super hero Ms. Marvel. She soon came to the attention of the Avengers and was invited to join their ranks. She served for a short while with the Avengers but became mysteriously pregnant and after only one day gave birth to a baby boy who instantly grew into man calling himself Marcus. Marcus caused Ms Marvel to fall in love with him and took her off to his extra- dimensional realm Limbo. Marcus grew old and died as quickly as he had grown up and Ms. Marvel free of his influence escaped Limbo and returned to Earth. She did not return to the Avengers, blaming them for not stopping Marcus but went to San Francisco where she battled the Mutant Rogue who permanently stole her powers. Whilst spending time with Professor Xavier recovering from the incident she was captured with the X- Men by the Aliens the Brood. The Brood Queen experimented with Carol's unique DNA turning her into the cosmic being Binary. With the help of the Starjammers the X- Men where released, the Brood defeated and they returned to Earth. When Rogue, repenting her evil mutant past came to Professor Xavier to help her come terms with her new stolen powers, Binary left in a rage she took to the stars and joined up with the Starjammers battling evil across the galaxy. She returned to Earth and the Avengers now calling herself Warbird but she was hiding a dark secret in that she was an alcoholic. She was helped through it by Ironman AKA Tony Stark, a former alcoholic himself and returned to full health remaining as full time Avenger.

Bishop

History-
Bishop was born in the future in a mutant relocation camp. He was raised with his sister Shard by his grandmother who told them of the heroic exploits of the legendary X- Men and the dream of Professor Xavier that mankind and mutants live side by side in peace. When old enough both he and Shard joined the Xavier Security Enforcers. During a mission in which his comrades were all killed Bishop was transported back in time an found by the X- Men. Trapped in this time frame he was invited to join the X- Men and was to serve with his childhood heroes.

Name: Blackagar Boltagon 

Nationality: Attilan (Inhumans)

Powers: As well as super human strength, Black Bolt can harness free electrons and channel them through the speech centre of his brain giving his voice the power to shatter mountains.

Black Bolt was born in Attilan, the Inhuman's city on the Moon. Even as a small infant his power was evident, He was housed in a sound proof room and clothed in an energy harnessing suit until he was old enough to control his awesome power.
