RE: Topic Updates!
Okay, as requested, I improved the Tables Of Contents by adding a "difficulty" under each tutorials' names..
I also switched the Realistic Rain Effect and Rain, Rain Go Away, making Realistic Rain Effect the starting tutorial since the first one was kind of hard.. So if you're reading the comments, just remember, after the first tutorial is posted, those comments below are talking about Werewolf In The Rain.. And the comments under the Werewolf In The Rain in page 2 is talking about Realistic Rain Effect.. Sorry that the Vector Illustration tutorial is taking very long.. I've been at my busiest phase these past few weeks, working double and some commitments, I hardly see my family since I go home in the morning, leaving before they come in the afternoon.. I can't tell you when the tutorial is going to be done since my schedule's very uptight and unpredictable, I don't know when I'll be free but when I do, I promise that I'll work on it! As for now, feel free to discuss your artworks here in this category as I can't make it active myself.. Thanks for all the support! |

RE: Topic Updates!
Sorry if I haven't updated this for the past few months..
I never thought that being in the second year of University would be this busy.. Though, I want to thank you for your non-stop support on the Team Photoshop category! It's a pleasure to hear that I can really teach all of you guys something different everytime! To make it up to you guys, I made a new quick and easy tutorial for you guys to enjoy 'til the next time I make another one, which hopefully will be next Saturday, after two of my Midterms this week.. As for the Vector tutorial, that won't be done then for the next few months maybe.. Because I've done it on my laptop, and my laptop wiped out everything I had in there including the unfinished Vector tutorial backups to continue it, so yeah.. Don't worry, it'll be done.. It's not just the right to do it.. But I will try to continue it once in a while, bit by bit.. Anyways, the tutorial can be found HERE. Enjoy! |

RE: *UPDATES*
Hello everyone!
Sorry for being away and INACTIVE for months! These past few months have been very busy for me. Considering I had to go on a vacation in the Philippines for a month from January 24, til February 24. I know nobody knew, its because dad bought the ticket at the very last minute. I couldnt update there because its really hard to get a hold of a computer there. Anyways, I've said to myself that when I get back I will update you guys here! And I kept my promise, and made a brand new tutorial to start you guys off this year! So go check it out! Here's the link: Grunge Type Tutorial It's definitely a fun tutorial to do so keep experimenting with it! However, about the Vector tutorial, I may not be able to finish it, not this year too probably. It's just that I haven't really fully worked on a vector yet, that's why its going to be tough for me. I need help in order to finish this early, if not, then I'll keep trying. But what I'm gonna do is probably try the whole thing first. It'll keep my mind fresh and create the rest of the tutorial later on.. I promise I'll keep you guys posted about it.. Well that's all I want to say! Sorry if I kept you guys waiting.. But I thank you for your non-stop support and non-stop viewing this category! Please show your ideas and artworks here, we need fresh ones right now! LOL! Peace out, Darryl P. |

RE: *UPDATES*
After viewing all the tutorials and the entire Photoshop category, I decided that I will be making an Index Page.
You know how books work, right? They have Table Of Contents in front page, and of course the Index in the back page. Well I wanted to do that here as well, so that it can be as organized as it can be. For those looking for some types of tutorial to do, they can pick a subject they want whether its a picture, a text, an animation, etc. Its my little treat to all of you who's been here, non-stop viewing and learning since the first day. It will keep everything neat and organized. So make sure you check that out. I can't do it tonight yet, maybe tomorrow if I don't go out at night. Once again, Thanks to all! |

RE: UPDATES!
Hey guys, sorry I forgot to post an update here last week.
I actually finished the Basic Vector Illustration Tutorial which can be found HERE. It took me less than one week to plan things up and get organized to finish it. In case you guys didn't know, I replaced the old Vector Tutorial with a new one. This one's more basic, for all of us pretty much since it was my first time dealing with it too. The old was too advanced for me, so I thought why not make a basic Vector tutorial instead so at least you guys can follow up for a little bit. I really hope you guys will like it. Sorry, but I kind of rushed it, because my class started the day after I made the tutorial so please bear with me. It was the last thing I could do on the very last notice, so my apologies. Like always, I will put the tutorial in the Table Of Contents and Index Thread. Right now, I'm in school and don't know when I'll be available for another tutorial. But I'll keep on checking FNETS for sure! So to all of you, if you guys have anything to share, whether it's a tutorial, a new artwork, edited photography, ANYTHING, please do share! If you got questions, then don't hesitate to ask in the Questions | Comments | Concerns Thread, and I will get back at you as soon as I can. If you want to recommend a new tutorial, then please post something in the Recommend A Tutorial Thread. And if you want to request someone to do an artwork of your choice for you, then we also have a thread for that. Thanks for viewing! Peace! |

RE: UPDATES!
Hey guys!
Sorry, I haven't been here much lately. 1) I've been hella busy at school, 2) Photography has taken over my life for the past few months, and finally, 3) My ISP blocked FNETS so I can only access it at my school. -__- I have exams next week, but after that, the semester is over so I'm hoping I'll be able to prepare a new tutorial before school starts again on January 5th. I know I forgot to mention to you guys before, I've been to Photography ever since I bought my DSLR since August 2010. I had a few gigs but charging none before coz I learn as I go on, and now I'm working harder so I could produce the image that I pictured in my head. I'll definitely show you guys my creations after I start making a portfolio. And if you're wondering what camera do I have, well I have a Canon EOS 500D Rebel T1I. I also bought the Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II lens, because I really hate working with the 18-55mm kit lens. I just can't produce great quality images with that, and I chose 50mm prime because I'm into Portraits, and it's definitely the cheapest and one of the best lens out there, on which every photographer should have. Now how does that relate to this, if you may ask? Well, you all know I use Adobe Photoshop on many things, and now my friend who's also a photographer recommended me this software that's great for photography. It's also by Adobe, it's Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 3. It turns a normal picture into a much better quality picture, in terms of color, clarity, etc. We call that post-processing, because taking the picture is the first stage, and then post-processing is where the fun starts because you can work on so many image qualities within one picture. I'll definitely show you guys some examples next time! Til then, please do post some discussions, rate/view the tutorials so you can all learn! |
