PrisonBreak is the only Show is a great villains. so I would say the T-bag. He was good in acting. He was really a great enthusiastic work. He was the way he walked, he spoke, he seemed to always be one step ahead of the good guys and how dangerous he really was the way the way scary.

Of course,the one and only,The Joker,he is a criminal mastermind that is very smart and at the same time really insane,his background story and everything he does makes him the GREATEST villain of all time.
