I want to add two diet suggestions over here:
1)Importance of vegetables:
Vegetables are important protective food and highly beneficial for maintaining health and preventing disease. They contain valuable food ingredients can be used successfully to build and repair the body.
2)Water in daily routine
Water flushes poisonous toxins out of vital organs and carries nutrients to your Cells. The lack of adequate water in your body can affect the normal functions of the body organs and can lead to dehydration. Even mild dehydration can drain your energy and make you tired.
