Diet Suggestions
ok so I've been on a diet for a month now..not so strict diet though. I've been exercising for 30 minutes a day [thats aerobics not gym workout kind of exercise]. I dont see any changes, well not exactly, maybe my tummy looks flat sometimes and all, and i lose some weight. I know exercising is the best way, BUT nothing will happen if I dont eat the right and healthy food. I dont exactly know what good carbs are and what kinds of food i should eat to get and stay skinny. I want to be able to wear bathing suits and not see my tummy hanging or whatever. :53: .. so please can someone tell me what you people do to stay "not fat", im not asking for abs, but just plain flat tummy and healthy body.

eat less? and 5 meals a day?..usually i only have 3 meals a day. and what exactly are good food to eat..to help me lose weight faster. the food with low calories.

i guess i should start saying goodbye to the gallons of ice cream in my fridge =[ ohhh yeah alam mo ba yung Kellogs Special K cereals?.. i was just wondering kung healthy yoon at helpful sa pagcontrol ng weight. its made of wheat..parang corn flakes..yung wheat nga lang ang difference. |

speaking of diet.. uminom aku kagabe ng biofit, ang sakit tuloy ng tyan ku ngayon. huhu..
kaya ung mga may balak uminom nyan, wak kayong uminom pag may pasok kayo. baka mag rebolusyon tyan nyo.

ako pumayat nung pinalitan ko eating habits ko.
dati more on rice than ulam tapos ngaun eh less rice more ulam. hehe. effective naman sken. i've lost more than 10lbs.

wala naman atang kailangan na specific na diet, basta lang in moderationlahat ng kakainin. isa yan sa tips na nakuha ko sa mga articles na nahanap ko on diet and exercise.

Diet is most important word for every fatty people. They should have to take some diet food for reduce the fat. for that you have to take some fruit juice,some vegetable food.exercise. And strong decision to reduce your body so you can reduce your body.
