You should do daily exercise.
- You must do Yoga and some exercises. - You should swimming and cycling. - Fast running and Walking 15 minutes a day. - Laughing exercise are also good for health. - Play outdoor games daily. |

Daily exercise is best for health. Yoga is best for health. You have do exercise daily 30 minuet. Daily walk is useful to reduce weight. Eat best food and avoid very oily and junk food because It Is increase your weight.

I started to walk the gap of almost 5-6 months. sometimes I do brisk walking for nearly 40 minutes, after which the light exercise, and sometimes also extends the duration of hours. So the first two days were really horrible. Crunch bed is a great idea.
