Daily Exercise Suggestions
Walk 10 Minutes a Day and Increase Your Fitness Level Old thinking was to work out in a sweat-filled gym for hours a day. No pain, no gain. New studies show that even short bouts of activity can increase your fitness level, especially if you're new at working out.

Park and Walk
Whenever you have an errand, park your car as far away as you can handle and walk to the store. At the mall, park at the farthest end and walk the length of the mall. Use every opportunity to walk. At the end of the day, it all adds up to better fitness.

Crunch in Bed
Before you even get out of bed in the morning, do 10 stomach crunches while lying flat on your mattress. Increase daily by one until you get up to 100. Think you'll never get there? Try it. You may eventually have to set your clock to wake up 15 minutes earlier, a small price to pay for a flatter stomach.

i love this topic! i think kahit ano pwede naman gawing exercise for so long as pagpawisan ka. meron akong blog na sinet up para macollect ko ang mga interesting articles related to the topic. try niyo daily puntahan kasi dapat daily may bagong article diyan.

I started walk after gap of almost 5 to 6 months. sometimes I do brisk walk for almost 40 minutes followed by light exercise and sometimes the duration extends upto an hour. So first two days were really terrible. Crunch in bed is a cool idea.

Here I am also giving some daily exercise suggestion:
1. First of all wake up early and go walk for atleast for 30 minutes.
2. Then do some some yogas or aerobics exercises minimum 30minutes.
3. In the end do some cycling and swimming.

To walk daily is useful to reduce the weight and maintain the health. Also it is helpful to increase the stamina and digestion power. I prefer swimming as the exercise because in the swimming there is exercise of every part of the body.
