you learned from your experience....kaya ngayon....we are aware of the the "sales talks" and "gimmicks" ng mga salesman...hindi na nila kaya kaming lokohin pag bili ng auto ngayon....medyo wiser na kami..

moral lesson ---- NEVER BELIEVE ANYTHING A CAR SALESMAN SAYS......kasi he is worried about his commission if he can not sell.. W

Re: Worst Experience ng mga taga-Abroad
ilang beses na kmi nanakawan d2...
first, nung naglilipat kmi sa unang bahay na binili namin...
pumunta kami sa Sears (Department Store..?), paglabas namin nagtaka kami bakit nakasindi yung van, and iba yung formation niya nung bumalik kami...

then meron pa one time, dun din sa unang bahay namin d2...
we're about to go to church..

then the other day, napilitan yung dad ko na bumili ng truck niya...
yung GMC Sierra...
yun na gamit niya pang-work..
eh yung mom ko di pa nagda-drive that time so yung van namin stuck dun sa labas ng garage for more than 6 months ata...
Lol3

d2 sa new house namin wla pa nmn kami nabalitaan na nanakawan or anything..
like indians..

Re: Worst Experience ng mga taga-Abroad
homie darryl.....sobra naman ang malas ng first house ninyo....bad neighborhood siguro ang location ninyon....pero u r still lucky that you were able to get back your truck or van afterwards...

dito sa states...when they steal your car....it is gone forever....they will either sell it, or take it to another state to sell, or they will take the car apart ( removed the wheels, tires, radio, body of car ) and sell the parts to junk yards....

the insurance company will pay you  the current market value of your stolen car if you have insurance.

well, may autopac naman poh d2, kaya sila nag-ayos nung nanakaw, kc nasira ibang parts nung van eh...

Re: Worst Experience ng mga taga-Abroad
Being layed off from work - cause our company loses money and has to shut down permanently:

It was my first time to get layed off and it is sad to lose your job and depart with your friends at work. It sad to say goodbye to everyone on our last day of work.

Fortunately while looking for a new job, i was collecting unemployment check...that is a good thing here....but it is only good for 6 months, it is a supplement income while u are not employed.....actually this unemployment check was paid by our former companies to the govt.insurance.
