Copyright becomes effective as soon as a work is created,  and when its available or publish to the public and  specified under creative common license , using them is copyright infringement.

FYI...punta kayo sa Computing section, cyber crimes & punishments. I have posted some copyright cases there , read them for your own information ....

There is an International Law governing copyrights, so each government of different countries cooperates with one another in arresting people living in another country.

Lagi ako nakakareciev ng mga claims  ... sana bago i post ang isang topic/article/images be sure na hindi copyrighted or binigyan kayo ng rights ng copyright holder para ikalat ... yung iba ok lang sakanila basta binibigay ung credits or original source.. pero sa iba hindi ...
