Law of Ueki

Kosuke Ueki is a seveth grader attending Hinokuni Junior High. He is granted the "Power to change trash into trees: by his homeroom teacher, Mr. K, who may seem like an ordinary teacher, but is actually a prospective King of the Celestial World. One day during an examination, Ueki's classmate, Ai Mori happens to witness Ueki's fascinating powers and chases him around, wanting to discover Ueki's true identity. However, as Ai observes Ueki's self-sacrificial "justice", she gradually comes to sympathize Ueki.


Kosuke Ueki - 7th drader at Hinokuni Junior High. Class 1-C is granted the "power to change trash into tress by his homeroom teacher Mr. K. Has a strong sense of justice.

Ai Mori - Ueki's classmate. Is intrigued with Ueki's sepernatural powers and decides to protect his "talents". Has a great deal of curiosity.

Mr. K - A teacher at Hinokuni Junior High, but is actually also a prospective King of the Celestial World. He grants Ueki with the "Power to change trash into trees".

Inumaru (aka Wanko) - Another prospective King of the Celestial world and mentor to Seiichiro Sano.

Seiichiro Sano - Senior at Inaho Junior High. He has the "Power to change towels into iran".

Robert Haydri - Others are terrified of him because he is regarded as the stringest boy. Has the "Power to change fantasies into reality" and is the strongest contender in the battle of the supernatural powers.

Rinko Jerrard - A member of the Robert's 10. She has the supernatural "Power to change beads into bombs"

King of the Celestial World - He's a ladies man.

Li Ho - Has the supernatural "Power to change his hair into a telescoping bat". However, when he goes into battle, rather than using his supernatural powers. in order to train himself, he relies solely on his physical skills instead.
