san mas madali sa u.s or sa canada???
i mean san mas madaling mag migrate?? or mag petition ng relatives??
andito ako sa u.s.a ngayon eh...gusto ko sana madala dito si hubby kaso syempre kadarating ko lang...so any tips kung pano ko gagawin...

and sa canada naman..i have a friend there kasi inviting me to stay with her..i mean pagka graduate ko or pag pwede na dun nalang ako sabi niya mas madali ko daw mapapasunod si hubby...

san nga ba???

i know kinda nagmamadali ako makasunod siya pero naghahanap na ko ng infos para pag time na mas makaka pili ako diba??

tsaka san mas may maganda ang benefits??

in short compare nalang ang canada at u.s.a

Grin

for example, kung saan nakatira yung friend mo..

and here's the bad news, di rin daw ata magtatagal ang provincial nominee, baka daw magsara kaya mag-apply ka na a.s.a.p.

i went to toronto last year via greyhound bus. di na kailangan ng visa. dinala lang namin ung passport and greencard. sa border ng canada eh wala masyadong tanong except kung san kame magstay, purpose and kung kelan balik namen. tapos pinakita namen ung ticket pabalik. pagbalik namen sa border papasok ng u.s dun madaming tanong. medyo mahigpit sila eh. tinanong kung ano ginawa namen sa canada..if we have work in u.s and kung nagaaral ako. buti na lang ung marshal na nagtanong sken went to the same school am in right now.

in regards to petition visit mo na lang ung site ng u.s immigration <a href="http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=39c0194d3e88d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextchannel=4f719c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD">Click Me</a>. Pwede mo ata siya ipetition via fiancee visa.

mahigpit ang u.s when it comes to petition. i think mas madali sa canada kasi ung pinsan ko nagapply lang din on her own. walang nagpetition sa kanya. saka may classmate ako na buong family niya nagapply to migrate to canada tapos naapprove. so far sa u.s wala pa akong naririnig na ganung case.

Re: san mas madali sa u.s or sa canada???
so tama nga..

d2, malalaman pa namin kung naka-process yung papers nung pinapa-apply mo through internet..
nakalagay dun "on process" ata..

kelangan talaga ung may assets kasi ano ba tawag ng immigration dun..affidavit of support ata..

Grin

all i know is, mandatory ata yun..

EMS16.....

It is EASY to immigrate to Canada........they are lenient & relax with their immigration laws.  Canada is a very huge country in size.  It is not yet thickly populated like USA.  They need immigrants from other countries for " labor ", right now they keep admitting people from other countries.

Unlike USA, the immigration law here is so strict, it takes years before they approved your application to enter the country. It is overly populated by people from other countries.

As a green card holder, you are only allowed to be out of the country for a maximum of  six months......if you stay out of USA  and go to any country like Canada  or Philippines for over 6 months to one year , they will not allow you to return in USA, they will revoked your immigrant status.

If you are a naturalized us citizen, you can go out of USA for over a year or more without problem.  You can always return to USA because you are already a citizen.

If you go to Canada, all you need is to show your green card or passport.  You can stay in Canada only as a visitor, but if you stay there over six mos to one year, you can not return to usa.

If you plan to stay over a year in Canada, you have to get a letter of approval from the US immigration office that you want to stay there for like two years....you need a good valid reason why you are going there.....this letter of approval will ensure you that you can return back to USA without problem.

If you live permanently in Canada, your immigrant status in USA will be revoked automatically for non residency in USA.

So there, I hope this will help you a bit.
