Smart International Roaming

I have a Smart Pinoy SIM card and roaming in Canada.

I can receive SMS from PH/US/Canadian phone numbers. SMS I send to PH phone numbers are received. However, I've noticed that SMS I send to US/Canadian numbers are not received.

Is anyone here also using a Smart Pinoy SIM card? Is that part of "official rules" or has that been your experience - i.e., that Smart Pinoy SIM cards can only send SMS to PH phone numbers while roaming?

We can say that how great to the smart to have this kind of promo. This might can help those in another country to have a communication to there family, friends, etc. Good activation can make a good service of the international roaming.

Just wanna ask about my smart roaming sim.My sim still have a signal, but why is it I can't received any messages from the philippines? And I can't receive any updates or info about smart..

International roaming is very useful to keep in touch with our friends,family etc. It is very important when we are going abroad.So we all need a good service provider for international roaming.
